Dingle Distillery

The founders of Dingle Distillery, County Kerry, Ireland, have always chased perfection. Originally a craft beer creation, Dingle saw the Irish whiskey landscape and decided they could do better. Shortly after growing their small brewery into one of the first and finest artisanal distilleries in all of Ireland, Dingle Distiller’s tried their hand at gin.

What followed took the world by surprise. The award winning gin-namely the 2019 World Gin Award for World’s Best Gin-is the product of technique and loyalty. Technique driven in its macerated botanicals and distilling process, Dingle Original Gin is the work of those who truly respect the spirit. Bliss Family Vineyards, out of Northern California, have a storied history built on family and farming.
